Diamond Day Services is a day care service located in the Roseville, Minnesota area. We are committed to adding energy and engagement in the lives of the people we support. We offer caring services and create an environment that values the individual and each person’s diverse story. Our mission is to create a fulfilling experience by encouraging people to stimulate their minds, bodies and hearts as they participate in and explore their abilities and discover their true worth.

Our Program

Highly qualified care that engages the social and emotional needs of the individual in an environment that is elder-friendly and diverse. Our staff provide support and fulfillment in daily activities and the flexibility and devotion to providing specialized care.

Our innovative program offers:

• – Caring, qualified staff including a licensed social worker
• – Safe, comfortable, and secure environment
• – Engaging learning opportunities scheduled regularly
• – Nursing supervision, health education and medication administration
• – Nutritious meals and snacks
• – Personal and incontinence care
• – Activities that include exercise, music, games and entertainment
• – Opportunities to practice faith and participate in spiritual reflection
• – Transportation services to and from program, with planned trips within the community

CAREGIVER SUPPORT

• – Respite care for caregivers
• – Caregiver consultation with information about what to expect and resources available to help
• – Home care services (upon request)
