Who is ELIGIBLE?
We strive to be the right fit for the person’s desires and needs. Our program is an alternative to a nursing home, home care services, and strives to engage individuals.
- – Age 18 or over
- – Have a physical, cognitive or mental health diagnosis
- – Have a desire to connect socially with others
- – In need of daily supervision and/or assistance with their daily, personal cares
